The site is situated in the dense fabric of Nizampura, with one side of the house opening to the school lawns . The Residence is designed with each space opening its view to the greenscape . 

The ground floor of the house is utilitarian, with a grand entry and parking lot with guest bedroom, while the upper floors have living spaces and the last floor has a terrace garden. The whole house is connected with a staircase and a lift giving faster access and better connectivity. 
With exposed brickwork and massings through painted surfaces the house has a uniqueness in the neighbourhood . The terraces are beautiful party spaces in the evening
