A proposal for a Seven-storey duplex apartment in Gotri , Vadodara . The site was located in a residential area of large villas where the minimum scale is 4bhk. 

The proposal carries the same image of villas in the Apartments with 4 Bhk flats and double heights and terraces which open to vast views. 
An assimilation of community gathering of bungalows in the Apartments.
Each unit has its individual staircase an element to enjoy. The overlooking terraces connect the flat ignoring the flat like linear feeling and giving the charm and sense in the surrounding
